I had a bit of spare time and I saw that many people put spoilers in the comments of the game NETWORK, so I wrote a quick complete walkthrough.

ite = circle, ide = triangle, ium = square

The description is a bit confusing and becomes clearer when playing around with the chemical simulator, but basically it works like this:
circle + triangle = square, triangle + square = circle, square + circle = triangle
any + any other with same shape = a molecule of that shape
red + blue = violet, red + yellow = orange, blue + yellow = green, any mixed color + a primary color = primary color, ignore the other rules

We need a red+green square molecule and a violet+orange triangle molecule
